Publish Rules Customization

Configure publication criteria parameters and active channels mappings.

R1: Variant Stock Threshold

Min In-Stock Percentage

At least this percentage of product variants must have stock > 0 to publish. (Default is 30%)

R3: Image Count Rule

Min Image Count Minimum number of images/pictures the product must have to be published. (Default is 3)

R4: Description & EAN Rule Settings

Description is required

If enabled, product long description must be non-empty to pass.

EAN/GTIN is required for all active variants

If enabled, every active variant must have a valid GTIN/barcode to pass.

R2: Seasonal Product Rules Configuration

Carry-Over Gap Days Minimum days between first and last delivery to consider product as carry-over. (Default: 90)

Skip Seasonality Check If Recent (Months) Products with last delivery within this age skip seasonality checks and remain published. (Default: 6)

Summer Tag Keywords (Comma separated) Matches on product tags to identify summer products. (e.g. summer, ss)

R5: Amazon Channel Brand & Color Eligibility Settings

Allowed Amazon Brands (Comma separated) Only products from these brands will be auto-eligible for Amazon. (Default: pme legend, pme)

Levi's 501 RegEx Title Pattern Regex pattern to detect Levi's 501 products in title. (Default: /levi.*501/i)

Allowed Levi's 501 Colors (Comma separated) Only Levi's 501 products matching these color numbers will pass. (Default: 0101, 0114, 0165)

Channel Rules Mapping

Select which rules must be satisfied (pass) for a product to be automatically published on each channel.
